YOU can inspect the property with a Surveyor or a Property Lawyer and of course YOUR Realtor too. 

However

🔹In a case where YOU are unavoidably absent or in diaspora then have a live video call ( Virtual Tour ) with YOUR Realtor on the site or YOU send YOUR relative to go inspect on YOUR behalf. 

Never be shy or afraid to ask questions on things that aren't clear enough to YOU. 

Now 

👉The Best way YOU can easily verify and know if a Landed property that YOU want to buy is Genuine or Scam even without consulting a Property Lawyer is to take a Surveyor to survey the Land for YOU or simply request for a copy of the survey plan of the Land from the seller. 

🔹Then take it to the Surveyor Generals office or ministry of lands in that state to do a land information analysis called Land charting.

Using the Coordinate numbers and the survey plan numbers contained in the Survey plan of the land to confirm whether the Land in question falls within the state Gazette and spell out which particular location it can be found and deduce if the owner ( The seller or the Real Estate Company ) of the Land is truly the Rightful owner of the Land and if it is Free from Government interest. 

The information gotten from charting the Land will tell YOU if or not the Land is safe and genuine for YOUR purchase with absolute peace of mind, giving YOU that security of YOUR Real Estate Investment.

🔹It is More Safer, Secured, Stress Free and Less Expensive to buy a land from a Reputable Real Estate Company with strong notable proven track record base portfolio.

 Free from becoming a victim of circumstance.
